Terms & Conditions

1. A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required when booking. This will be deducted from the final invoice.

2. Cancellation within 4 weeks of the party will require 50% of the final invoice to be paid in full.

3. Cancellation within 2 weeks of the party and full payment for the event will be required in full.

4. Quotes are based on a serving time of 1.5 - 2 hours. Delays in service will incur an extra charge of £30.00 per hour or part of.

5. Payment should be made by bank transfer 7 days prior to the event. If late payment should occur for any reason , a late payment fee of £100.00 will be added to the outstanding amount for each week that payment is not made. We work with you to offer the best price based on payment being made on time

5. Payment should be made by bank transfer or cheque 7 days prior to the event. Please note we are no longer able to accept cheques on the day. Should late payment 

If payment is not received on time, a late payment fee of £100.00 will be added for each the payment is late.
